Key Responsibilities
- Enhance process efficiency and quality through automation and new tools implementation
- Drive process and quality control for a seamless customer experience from order to cash collection
- Lead process optimizations and deliver presentations analyzing financial trends for senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a software business
- Solid understanding of US-GAAP or IFRS
- Experience with CRM tools and billing/collection systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
