A company is looking for an Order-to-Cash Process Improvement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance process efficiency and quality through automation and new tools implementation
  • Drive process and quality control for a seamless customer experience from order to cash collection
  • Lead process optimizations and deliver presentations analyzing financial trends for senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a software business
  • Solid understanding of US-GAAP or IFRS
  • Experience with CRM tools and billing/collection systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
