Order to Cash Specialist
Job Summary
Providing support across Order to Cash functions, the full-time remote Order to Cash Specialist will manage customer accounts, billing, cash application, and reconciliations while driving operational excellence and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to Order to Cash processes
- Perform key activities including customer service, cash application, billing, and account setup
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in O2C workflows and support standardization efforts
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of office experience preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in accounting, finance, shared services, or a related field preferred
