Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Order to Cash Business Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for Order to Cash processes and systems
• Act as the primary interface for cross-functional teams to capture requirements and manage delivery
• Lead the transition from Salesforce CPQ to DealHub and optimize quoting and approval processes

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in systems management or business systems product ownership in high growth B2B SaaS
• Experience with GTM and finance systems, including Salesforce and CPQ platforms
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM and Order to Cash workflows
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment across various teams
• Ability to analyze data to drive prioritization and measure impact
