Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ordering Specialist I - OKC Agent Home-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive takeout or delivery orders from guests and input them into the software
• Provide excellent customer service while handling phone calls for various restaurant brands
• Maintain product knowledge and navigate multiple computer platforms during guest interactions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must have hardwired internet service with specified speed requirements
• Provide a noise-canceling headset with USB plug-in
• Able to learn menus and accurately enter information into the system
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks while communicating with guests
