Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive responsible for managing and supporting assigned customer accounts while consulting on technology needs and collaborating with the Business Development team to acquire new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer base, fulfilling contractual obligations and providing exceptional service
  • Develop and expand relationships within assigned customer accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to acquire new business and monitor Key Performance Indicators for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Must pass the Account Manager Exam
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills and business acumen
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Fulfill minimum requirements of billing 55-60 hours/month and managing $50-60k in MSP revenue within 6 months
