Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner - General Liability - Insurance Defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend insureds in various litigation matters, including general liability and personal injury
• Manage all aspects of litigated cases, from pleadings to trials
• Collaborate with clients to provide timely coverage advice and maintain case ownership

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Oregon and/or Washington
• 7+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Professional demeanor and strong client-relations skills
