Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist (remote in Oregon).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for ride and billing information and maintain records
• Field incoming phone calls and interview clients to gather information for ride requests
• Document rides and assist with arrangements for alternative service delivery when needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a call center or medical office setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• Strong and reliable internet connection
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Google Suites
