Oregon District Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores and lead a team of General Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team to achieve business goals
• Monitor store performance and ensure operational excellence and compliance with policies
• Analyze product performance and create merchandising plans to enhance sales across the district

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel overnight and between stores as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
