Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers on employee relations matters
  • Conduct employee and labor relations research, identifying trends and patterns
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards for reporting to HR professionals
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
  • 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • 3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
