Oregon Family Caregiver Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Caregiver Specialist, remote in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to Kinship Caregivers in navigating the Oregon System of Care for children
• Assist in identifying needs and providing referrals and emotional support
• Connect kinship families with community resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current or previous lived experience as a grandparent or other Kinship Caregiver raising a relative child 18 years or younger
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Computer skills with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
