Job Summary
To support efficient human resources operations, the full-time salaried Oregon HRIS Analyst will modernize and automate the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems and employee benefit platforms while working remotely from Oregon.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support the Human Resources Information Systems platform, including employee records and reporting
- Administer and optimize Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, and benefits management
- Generate human resources reports and assist with recruitment workflows and employee benefits administration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field required
- Three years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems administration or related operations
- Experience administering Paylocity HRIS strongly preferred
- Knowledge of human resources compliance requirements, including FMLA and ADA
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health environments preferred
