Oregon HSE Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, the full-time Oregon HSE Manager will oversee compliance with OSHA regulations, conduct risk assessments, and promote environmental sustainability within the manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Formulates and enforces safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and ISO standards
• Conducts training programs to enhance safety practices and maintains accurate safety records
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies and conducts audits to ensure continuous compliance with environmental and safety regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HSE responsibilities in a manufacturing environment
• BA/BS degree in Safety and Health Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• Knowledge of environmental programs and management
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to inspire and communicate complex technical information effectively
