Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Consultant - Non-Profit + Government Audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation activities for year-end close and audit readiness
• Re-perform established close and audit preparation processes using prior-year documentation
• Support Single Audit requirements, including SEFA preparation and grant reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Single Audit within government, non-profit, and/or tribal organizations
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, GASB, and non-profit or government accounting standards
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP systems
• Prior ownership of audit and close processes at a senior or controller-level capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
