Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lease and fleet management accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial close and reporting activities
• Review key contracts for proper accounting recognition and collaborate with finance and legal teams on complex transactions
• Drive finance and business initiatives, supporting process transformation and continuous improvement within the accounting team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, including team management
• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred; CPA required
• Expertise in technical accounting (e.g., US GAAP) and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including EPM and ERP applications
