Job Summary

Oregon Licensed Accounts Receivable Representative, a full-time position responsible for timely and accurate billing and collections of payments from insurance carriers and agencies for healthcare services, including skilled nursing and assisted living.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing and collections processes for various service lines
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments from insurance carriers and agencies
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve billing issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in a healthcare environment focused on reimbursement and collections
• Experience with insurance contracts and/or Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• College-level coursework or training in medical front office or medical billing is preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred
