Oregon Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will run virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on every treatment plan sold while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads without cold calling
• Educate clients on services and present financing options to close deals
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Comfortable with high call volume and achieving weekly/monthly quotas
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Available for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
