Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apheresis Telerecruiter to recruit blood donors and manage appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current donors by telephone to recruit for donations and manage difficult calls
• Schedule appointments to maximize daily donor participation
• Maintain production standards, including phone calls and appointments per hour

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team and utilize computer systems
• Experience in customer service
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule during the initial training period
