Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apprenticeship Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and market credit and non-credit Apprenticeship and Pre-Apprenticeship programs
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and financial viability of programs, including hiring and supervising instructors
• Ensure compliance with apprenticeship regulations and maintain accurate program records and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years of full-time experience in program development, administration, or supervision
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Valid Oregon driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Experience managing workforce programs is preferred
