Job Summary

To support complex actuarial projects, the full-time Oregon Licensed Associate Actuary will perform advanced actuarial work remotely, communicate findings to stakeholders, and guide junior analysts while managing project ownership from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform complex actuarial analyses and communicate results to peers and leadership
  • Manage projects from planning through execution, anticipating risks and dependencies
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
  • Successful completion of 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) upon hire
  • 5 years of healthcare actuarial or analytics experience
  • Experience with SQL or another programming language for data analysis
