Job Summary

Joining a dedicated team of personal injury attorneys, the full-time Oregon Licensed Associate Attorney will manage a portfolio of cases through pre-litigation and negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair compensation for clients, working in a hybrid model with two days remote each week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an inventory of personal injury cases through pre-litigation
• Negotiate with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation for clients
• Maintain strong client communication and support throughout their recovery journey

Required qualifications

• Admitted to the Oregon Bar
• 3-5 years of experience in civil law, preferably personal injury
• Experience developing rapport with clients
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal staff
• Compassionate approach to clients in crisis
