Job Summary
Joining a dedicated team of personal injury attorneys, the full-time Oregon Licensed Associate Attorney will manage a portfolio of cases through pre-litigation and negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair compensation for clients, working in a hybrid model with two days remote each week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an inventory of personal injury cases through pre-litigation
- Negotiate with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation for clients
- Maintain strong client communication and support throughout their recovery journey
Required qualifications
- Admitted to the Oregon Bar
- 3-5 years of experience in civil law, preferably personal injury
- Experience developing rapport with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal staff
- Compassionate approach to clients in crisis
