Oregon Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney specializing in General Liability and Insurance Defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend insureds in various litigation matters, including general liability and personal injury
• Manage all aspects of litigated cases, including pleadings, discovery, and trials
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft briefs, memos, and pleadings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Oregon and/or Washington
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
• Experience with depositions and mediations; trial experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
