Job Summary
Seeking an Oregon Licensed Attorney for a full-time remote position, who will manage a caseload of 25-40 DUI and related criminal defense matters while counseling clients and representing them at various legal proceedings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of DUI and related criminal defense matters
- Counsel clients and execute case strategies aligned with their goals
- Represent clients in arraignments, hearings, and trials, and handle DMV administrative hearings
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in the Oregon State Bar
- 5+ years of criminal law experience, including trial experience
- Experience in DUI defense and/or felony cases
- Confidence in courtroom settings and sound judgment under pressure
- Spanish fluency preferred
