Oregon Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Behavior Analyst will provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of clinicians in a hybrid-remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case management for children ages 2-18 on the autism spectrum
• Conduct data collection and assessments using Central Reach
• Provide mentorship and training to a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs

Required qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's Degree
• Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
• Passion for client success
• Strong leadership skills
