Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Behavior Analyst will provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of clinicians in a hybrid-remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage case management for children ages 2-18 on the autism spectrum
- Conduct data collection and assessments using Central Reach
- Provide mentorship and training to a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
