Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health Care Coordinator I (LCSW, LPC).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluates and manages behavioral health services for plan members, ensuring appropriate treatment and care coordination
• Assists members in navigating treatment options and the authorization process while providing customer service
• Tracks cost-savings and prepares cases for review, ensuring compliance with authorization and utilization review processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Oregon license as a behavioral health practitioner
• At least three years of recent experience in behavioral health clinical settings
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect member information
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with providers and other staff
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications and systems
