Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Behavioral Health, responsible for strategic, clinical, and operational leadership in behavioral health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Behavioral Health Utilization Management and Care Management programs across various lines of business
• Ensure overall performance, quality, compliance, and financial outcomes of the Behavioral Health program
• Oversee prior authorization, concurrent review, care management, and post-service claims review processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist)
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health utilization management or care management
• Working knowledge of behavioral health regulatory requirements across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
