- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, serving as the primary advisor for coverage strategy and risk management
- Develop and implement renewal and marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality proposals and leading stewardship presentations
- Provide expert guidance on complex coverage issues and collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused risk management solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in an agency
- Appropriate State Agents License
- Industry-related certifications preferred
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity interfacing directly with customers
