Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, serving as the primary advisor for coverage strategy and risk management
  • Develop and implement renewal and marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality proposals and leading stewardship presentations
  • Provide expert guidance on complex coverage issues and collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused risk management solutions


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in an agency
  • Appropriate State Agents License
  • Industry-related certifications preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity interfacing directly with customers
