Job Summary
A company is looking for a Membership and Benefits Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new benefit plans for groups choosing the insurance platform
- Review and audit insurance and patient data before inputting it into benefit groups
- Perform ongoing audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- A background in the health insurance industry is required, with specific experience in enrollment, billing, claims processing, or health plan administration
- An associate's degree is preferred
- Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, or Power BI is a plus
- Healthcare payer experience is preferred
