Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership and Benefits Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new benefit plans for groups choosing the insurance platform
  • Review and audit insurance and patient data before inputting it into benefit groups
  • Perform ongoing audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • A background in the health insurance industry is required, with specific experience in enrollment, billing, claims processing, or health plan administration
  • An associate's degree is preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, or Power BI is a plus
  • Healthcare payer experience is preferred
