Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and administration of large group benefit programs, the contract Benefits Coordinator will manage onboarding, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely from Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding and renewal process for large employer benefit groups, ensuring accurate implementation of coverage
- Review benefit plans and assist with quote preparation and benefit administration activities
- Serve as a liaison between sales, underwriting, and other teams to facilitate the execution of group initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- One to two years of experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or a related field
- Experience in health insurance, employee benefits administration, or brokerage operations
- Working knowledge of large group health plans and benefit administration processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience leveraging technology to improve efficiency
