Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business opportunities and develop client relationships in the Northwest Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a book of business with local, regional, or state-wide clients
- Engage in active prospecting and lead generation through various channels
- Establish and maintain a list of target accounts and develop sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current life/health insurance license or willingness to obtain
- 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record in generating new business
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with employee benefit plans
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
