Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business opportunities and develop client relationships in the Northwest Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a book of business with local, regional, or state-wide clients
  • Engage in active prospecting and lead generation through various channels
  • Establish and maintain a list of target accounts and develop sales strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current life/health insurance license or willingness to obtain
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record in generating new business
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with employee benefit plans
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
