Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Building Science Consultant responsible for leading and supporting technical aspects of residential energy efficiency programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for residential energy efficiency programs, providing training and support to staff and partners
- Lead program development by standardizing project scopes and refining bid review processes
- Develop and deliver training on weatherization and healthy homes while building relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant work experience in residential energy principles and weatherization best practices
- Experience in developing training content and mentoring teams
- Strong proficiency in energy auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in standardizing processes related to project scopes and contractor bid reviews
- Leadership or management experience preferred; bilingual communication skills are a plus
