Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (System Application Analyst, Sr.)

Key Responsibilities

• Support, administer, and optimize Epic's analytics and reporting tools
• Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and configure analytics solutions
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end users on supported applications

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field with two years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with four years; or Associate's degree with five years; or six years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting Epic integrated reporting tools
• 2+ years of experience in Epic upgrades, testing, and validation
• 1+ years of experience in building and maintaining Epic reports and dashboards
• 3+ years of experience working with vendors and cross-functional IT teams
