Oregon Licensed Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Knight Cancer Group, the full-time Oregon Licensed Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain BI solutions, translating clinical and operational needs into actionable dashboards and reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions and standardized metrics to enhance cancer care delivery and performance monitoring
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather and document detailed requirements for new or modified BI solutions
• Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, ensuring alignment of data outputs with clinical intent and organizational priorities

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field with four years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or BI Developer
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Epic Clarity/Caboodle data warehouses
• Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using Business Objects or equivalent tools
• Epic Clarity/Caboodle Certifications within 6 months of hire
