Oregon Licensed Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Knight Cancer Group, the full-time Oregon Licensed Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain BI solutions, translate clinical and operational needs into actionable metrics, and enhance reporting strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions and dashboards using tools such as Epic, Business Objects, and Power BI, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and operational goals
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather and document requirements for new or modified BI solutions, facilitating discussions to define metrics and standards
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts, ensuring documentation and processes are maintained for knowledge sharing within the team

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field with four years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum three years of paid work experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or BI Developer
• Demonstrated experience with developing reports and dashboards in Business Objects or equivalent tools
• Experience with relational databases and SQL coding
• Epic Clarity/Caboodle Certifications within 6 months of hire
