Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to oversee Non-Emergent Medical Transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises staff and internal processes to ensure compliance with regulations and program delivery
- Educates and trains Brokerage Intake Specialists on claim issues and manages escalated complaints
- Coordinates credentialing processes for NEMT providers and volunteer drivers, and maintains accurate records
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in public transit or healthcare related to managed care or government assistance programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Resourceful with the ability to network and connect people to appropriate resources
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
