Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to oversee Non-Emergent Medical Transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises staff and internal processes to ensure compliance with regulations and program delivery
  • Educates and trains Brokerage Intake Specialists on claim issues and manages escalated complaints
  • Coordinates credentialing processes for NEMT providers and volunteer drivers, and maintains accurate records
Required Qualifications
  • Three years of experience in public transit or healthcare related to managed care or government assistance programs
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Resourceful with the ability to network and connect people to appropriate resources
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
