Oregon Licensed Care Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Oregon Based Care Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages clients in 1:1 peer discussions to align treatment goals and attendance
• Provides skill-based interventions to stabilize clients during heightened stress
• Conducts risk screenings and safety planning, escalating to crisis clinicians as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
• 2nd year Master's students preferred with experience working with young adults and adolescents
• 1+ years of experience in mental health peer support or related roles preferred
• Must reside in Oregon and have availability for a minimum of 10 hours/week
• Proficiency with cloud-based communication tools and Microsoft Office applications
