Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Non-Clinical Care Management in the State of Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational management of non-clinical staff supporting case management and utilization review activities
• Develop and maintain departmental policies, staffing protocols, training programs, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and accreditation standards, and participate in business development activities

Required Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Preferred: BA/BS in a related field
• 4+ years of healthcare work experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience, including financial management
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare management
