Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Child Therapist will provide behavioral health services to children, managing a caseload of 25 clients per week in a hybrid work environment that includes both onsite and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to children aged 0-13
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, with the option to increase based on personal goals
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and effective therapeutic environment
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience in providing behavioral health services to children, particularly in early development
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
