Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Child Therapist will provide behavioral health services to children, managing a caseload of 25 clients per week in a hybrid work environment that includes both onsite and remote options.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to children aged 0-13
- Manage a weekly caseload of 25 clients, conducting one-hour therapy sessions
- Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance professional growth and client care
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience in delivering behavioral health services to children using evidence-based practices
- Expertise in early childhood development (ages 0-3) and working with children aged 4-13
- Ability to pass a background check post-offer
