Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Child Therapist will provide behavioral health services to children, managing a caseload of 25 clients per week in a hybrid work environment that includes both onsite and remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to children aged 0-13, focusing on early development and behavioral health
- Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance client care and professional growth
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs while achieving personal and professional goals
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services to children using evidence-based practices
- Willingness to undergo a background check prior to employment
- Ability to manage a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week
