Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster who must have an Oregon Adjuster's License.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a case load of complex claims, primarily in Oregon
• Collaborate with staff and utilize technology to support injured worker recovery
• Demonstrate compassion and humility while contributing to the Workers' Compensation Team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
• 7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience
• Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate
• Must have an active Oregon Adjuster's License
• Willingness to handle multiple jurisdictions and obtain necessary licensing
