Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims & Benefits Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate disability claims by gathering and analyzing relevant information
• Make timely benefit determinations for low-complexity claims and communicate decisions to stakeholders
• Manage assigned claims from intake through closure, ensuring proper documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in claims processing, insurance, or a related administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with document management tools
