Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Accounting Services Manager in the Construction and Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of construction and real estate development clients, overseeing onboarding, workflow design, and financial package delivery
• Train and mentor CAS Associates and Seniors, ensuring technical accuracy and skill development
• Engage clients in strategic discussions on job costing, project workflows, and financial reporting best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of construction or real estate accounting experience
• Experience supervising accounting staff and managing project-based workflows
• Familiarity with construction ERPs or project management tools
• QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification or willingness to obtain it within 6 months
