Job Summary
To support the retention and servicing of Tier 1 Premier clients, the full-time Oregon Licensed Client Advisor will manage client accounts, handle renewal marketing, and address client inquiries while working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement and addressing client concerns
- Provide technical expertise in insurance coverage and manage pre-renewal activities, including annual risk assessments and renewal proposals
- Complete the USI New Business Process for new clients, ensuring accurate policy reviews and effective communication plans
Required qualifications:
- Up to 5 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- High School Graduate; college degree preferred
- Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPRIA, or CPCU, or intent to pursue further industry education
- Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred, but not required
