Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) for a remote position based in the Pacific time zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage non-licensed administrative tasks and ensure timely and accurate transaction closures
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to maintain compliance and organize transaction details
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all stakeholders throughout the transaction process
Required Qualifications
