Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Oregon Licensed Clinical Documentation RN will manage the quality review of OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care to ensure compliance with CMS programs while collaborating with Home Health leadership to enhance patient outcomes and reimbursement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care
- Collaborate with Home Health leadership to ensure regulatory compliance
- Serve as a consultant and expert in OASIS for Home Health staff across the region
Required qualifications
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Licensure in states where care is delivered
- 2 years of nursing experience in Home Health or Palliative Care
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably Homecare Homebase or EPIC
