Job Summary

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time remote Oregon Licensed Clinical Educator will design and deliver innovative training programs for clinicians and teams, ensuring effective adoption and optimization of clinical information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum focused on adult learning principles and real-world workflows
• Deliver dynamic virtual classes and multimedia training content while providing go-live support
• Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to enhance user confidence and system adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
• Epic certification in assigned modules within 6 months of hire
• 2 years of experience in designing and delivering education and training materials
• 2 years of experience with clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
• Active license as a clinician if applicable (e.g., RN, Physical Therapist)
