Job Summary

To support the educational goals for EHR and clinical technologies, the full-time remote Oregon Licensed Clinical Informatics Manager will lead teams in the design, development, and maintenance of training and communication deliverables while promoting effective use of information technology in healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of educational programs for EHR and clinical technologies
• Oversee change communication and learning deliverables to ensure effective adoption and optimization of information systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage training environments and project resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, or a related field
• 6 years of education experience in an information services or training setting, with at least 3 years in a management role
• 4 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or educational environment
