Job Summary

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Informatics Specialist will design and deliver innovative training for clinicians and teams, ensuring user confidence and system adoption while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum rooted in adult learning principles and real-world workflows
• Deliver dynamic virtual classes and self-paced eLearning, providing go-live support to users
• Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to enhance system utilization and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
• Epic certification in one or more modules within 6 months of hire
• 2 years of experience in designing and delivering education and training materials in a healthcare setting
• Active license as a Registered Nurse or equivalent certification if applicable
• 2 years of experience supporting clinical information systems within a healthcare environment
