Oregon Licensed Clinical Informatics Specialist

Job Summary

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Informatics Specialist will design and deliver innovative training programs for clinicians and teams in a remote environment, focusing on user adoption and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement curriculum that enhances user understanding of EHRs and information systems
• Deliver dynamic virtual classes and self-paced eLearning, providing go-live support to users
• Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to ensure effective training outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, or Healthcare
• Epic certification in one or more modules within 6 months of hire
• 2 years of experience in designing and delivering education and training materials
• 2 years of experience supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
• If applicable, an active license as a Registered Nurse or other clinician certification
