Job Summary

To oversee clinical operations and ensure quality patient care, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Manager will manage nursing staff, coordinate patient referrals, and evaluate care plans in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Recommends employment decisions for nursing staff and oversees overall clinical performance
• Organizes clinical operations and manages scheduling, payor verification, and patient eligibility
• Assists with training staff and participates in the investigation of patient concerns

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
• Current RN license specific to Oregon
• One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice
• One year of RN management experience
• Current CPR certification
